My baby is getting so big! We are finally adjusting to our new schedule, not that it makes it any easier to leave her each day. But we are getting it down the best we can. Pretty soon Isabella is going to have some more friends to play with. In two more weeks two more babies will be born and then one more in November and two in December. So wait for some more pictures of the babies to come! We can't wait!

Back to work
So I am officially back to work now. This has been the hardest thing for me. My mom, my mother-in-law, Joe and Isabella have had to deal with a few days of crying. I knew I was going to miss her, but I never realized how much I miss her and think about her constantly during the day. I have been trying to rush out of work to go and pick her up, but as of today I have realized how much work I am already getting behind on. I am going to have to figure out how to balance the work life with the home life. I do have to say I have a pretty good class this year, I hope it stays that way to make this year as easy as it possibly can be! Only 177 days left until my next summer vacation!

The countdown is on..... I have to go back to work in two weeks. I am dreading it. I have been off of work since May 1st and have enjoyed every minute of it. I love being home with Isabella and enjoying seeing her change every day. I know she is going to be in good hands with her grandmas, but she is not going to be with me all day and that is what is so hard. There is no way around going back to work at this point, and I am so happy I still have a job in this economy. But I am going to miss my little baby so much while I am at work. The countdown will now begin until my next summer off!

Luke Jacob is here!
Saturday July 18th my sister gave birth to a baby boy! Her and Andrew never found out what the sex of the baby was, which drove all of us crazy! But we all thought it was a boy, and we were right! Luke Jacob arrived at 8 lbs. 8 ozs. and 21 1/4 inches long. He is adorable! My sister did a great job and they should be coming home today. So I am an auntie to my first nephew!

Update
Ok I know I have been so horrible about keeping up with this. It is just harder to turn on my computer with a new baby now. There is not much new, just enjoying my time with Isabella before I have to go back to work. Things are going well, the last two nights have been good, that is why I probably sound so positive right now! We have had some rough nights. She does great during the day, she loves to sleep, but the nights are really hard. But we are hoping they will get better soon. Isabella is 6 weeks now and everyday she amazes me. She has discovered her fist and loves to suck on that. We like to call her high maintenance because if she is awake she constantly likes to be moved. She loves to be rocked and held in all sorts of ways and she won't stay in a swing or bouncer longer than 10 minutes. So I definitely get my excercise! But we are having a blast with her, and even through those rough nights I am loving every minute of being a mom!
We were at my sister in laws house for the 4th so here are some updated pictures!

Update
Just wanted to update you on the baby progress. All day today I have been having contractions. They have been 20 minutes apart most of the day, just the last hour or so they seem to be coming closer together, more like 10 minutes apart. But still not consistent or too painful yet. So hopefully this is the beginning though! So we are just patiently waiting now. Come on bella!

Baby Update
So I went to the doctor today and found out that I am only 1 centimeter dilated. My doctor said that even though I am only 1 cm. my cervix is starting to soften and Isabella has dropped in a head down position. So things are starting to happen even though I was hoping I would have her by now. So now we just wait and see when she is ready to come. We have another appt. next Thursday with our doctor, but we are hoping that we don't have to go and will have her before then. My doctor said it is hard to say, she could come today or she could hold off until next week. I have to hold off now until at least Friday because Joe has to have his wisdom teeth out Thursday, but after that I am so ready to have her here! We will keep everyone updated!

She's not here yet!
So as you all know Isabella is still not here yet! I am now 38 weeks and I am trying to be patient and wait for when she is ready, but I am soooo ready for her to come. I have definitely enjoyed being pregnant, but I am now ready to meet my little girl and I am done with the pregnancy symptoms. They will check if I am dilated when we go in next week to the doctor. I just don't feel like she is going to come any time soon. Well at least I know this won't be much longer, but lets all hope it is sooner rather than later! We will let you all know when something happens!

Isabella's Room
We have been working very hard and we finally have Isabella's room done! It started months ago with Joe painting and him and his dad putting up the chair rail and framing the window. Then Joe had to put all the furniture together. And then it was my turn to come in and decorate and organize. It was a big task getting all the clothes, blankets, etc. washed and put away. But we are finally done. Now all we need is Isabella!

Baby Shower!
So last weekend I had my baby shower. Everything turned out so perfect, as I knew it would. I was surrounded by my friends and family, it was set up beautifully, and the weather was perfect. We are so very lucky to have so many people who love us and Isabella. She is definitely going to be the best dressed baby around! Here are some pictures to show our special day!

Belly Pictures
So I am sure as you all know my sister and I are both pregnant at the same time! How often does that happen that you get to have this experience with your sister. We realized we had never taken a belly picture together since we have been pregnant, so on Easter we decided to try to fit both our bellies together and take some pictures. Let's just say with two big bellies it is not always the easiest, but it was fun!

Ok so I know I have been horrible lately with updating my blog, I just have been busy and haven't known what to post. I am now 33 weeks pregnant and I am definitely feeling it. I love having the baby belly and feeling her move in there, but I am getting to the point where things just aren't the same as they were in the second trimester. I go to put on clothes that used to fit a few weeks ago and now they are a little short on my belly or a little tight so they show my belly button. Or it takes me longer to get up and roll over in bed. And don't forget the fact that my hands and feet are starting to swell. But not to go on and on about complaints, because it has been an amazing experience. I love laying in bed at night and feeling or seeing her different body parts pushing all over the place. I also love that Joe can see it and feel it all the time now so he can experience her too. And how fun has it been to get the adorable baby clothes from people. The closer we get the more I can't wait to see her and hold her. So I am enjoying my last couple of weeks of attempting to get a good night's sleep ( minus getting up to pee or to take tums constantly!) before our little Bella arrives. The countdown is on, this is what we have been waiting for!

Sophia turned 2!
So our Goddaughter/niece turned 2 in February. I just can't believe how fast the time has gone and how much she has changed. She is talking so much now and she loves to dance to Beyonce! She is so much fun to be around because everything is so new and exciting to her at this age. I can't wait for her to teach Isabella some things!

Baby Update
Ok so I know that every post is about the baby, but that seems to be all I have to talk about! Joe and I went in yesterday for my ultrasound to check the placenta. And they told us that it has moved and that we are in the clear! Isabella weighs 2 pounds and 6 ounces. During the ultrasound it was so cute she opened her mouth in a nice big yawn. Always tired like her mommy!

My Bella Girl!
Today Joe and I, and all of the grandparents, went to do a 3D ultrasound. Here are just a few pictures we got from it. We got 60 total so I won't put them all on! It was so amazing! Anyone who is pregnant has to do this. She was moving around the whole time and she loves having her hands up by her face. We did also see her girly parts again so we can confirm that she is in fact a girl, and that we aren't having a boy in a pink room! It is just amazing to see our little baby in there and how clear you can see everything. It was also very special for Joe and I to share this experience with mine and his parents. Isabella is already so well loved!

Babies, babies, babies!
I just can't get over how many people I know who are having babies or who are pregnant right now. It is so exciting to have so many people to talk to who are going through the same thing. I guess we have reached that age when it is time to take this step in our lives. Two of my friends just had baby boys. Three of us at my work are pregnant (well 1 just delivered!) Then two more of my friends both just saw the heartbeat for the first time and they are due only 3 days apart in September. And then my sister and I are just 7 weeks apart. It is so exciting, I just love all these babies! Who is going to be next??
